just thought i would check this site out i havent been getting as much help as i would like from df and now im broke down and cant get shit so i hope this is better, sounds like its gonna be :thumb:

well you see, i was racing a buddy of mine when i snapped the mainshaft/ output shaft in the tranny and now im tryin to find a new one thats been cryo treated or somthin so it will hold up better and im not sure how to unhook the hydraulic clutch from the bell housing so i can pull the tranny out

Sorry to hear about the output shaft I would not be wasting my money on a cryo treated anything there has been lots of Debates about it on here in they all seem to end with not worth it. I am sure there are other ZF members that will have more info for you on here. Or Mike L may know something...

Welcome to this side! to get one cryoed your gonna half to buy one and send it to be done. no one is gonna have one sitting ready to go.....parts for these are hard enough to come buy as it is. Cryo treating isnt gonna keep it from breaking but its the only thing better than stock right now!
