the videos aren't working?? odd

I love the 364.5 vs the 366 I had. Part throttle rips! What I've noticed about part throttle acceleration is it never falls under the charger like it did before. When you make a part throttle shift, it builds more boost and rolls on. The low end torque is just crazy! Where it was a little soft on acelleration before, the 364.5 just comes to life. You cruise 70mph and just roll into the throttle lightly, it's quick to jump up and snag 30-40psi. I guess it's hard to explain, but it's definitely more responsive. You build just a little boost and jump in the throttle it comes to life very quickly.

Towing??? yes, hell yes!!! it's amazing! It towed great before, but it's just stupid now. I'm pretty sure the torque is going to kill my poor truck.

The S480 with 1.10 housing should be back any day now, so I'll be swapping that out next week to give feedback there. It seems like the 364.5 comes to life quick, but hesitates a second while the s480 lights, so thats why we went with the 1.10 housing change.

Here is the part that I haven't figured out yet. My shift points are set at 3600rpm. I can't tell if this setup falls off a little up at 3600 or if it just pulls soo much harder at 3000 than it did before that it's deceiving.

Going to add a wastegate soon. Just gotta order it. Wife bought me a top side creeper so my fat @$$ doesn't have to stand on buckets in front of the truck anymore! lol :thumb:

If I'm reading your post correctly you like it?? :D:D

Did you get the Spitfire FMW 65/70/14, T3 waste gated housing? Are you running a standard S480 T6, 1.32 A/R, 96mm at the moment? I suppose I could just read your other thread but to same time I'll just ask, haha.

With that said, would you run it as a single?

Reason I ask is I'm going to be taking off my S366 to go another direction. I'm either going to put a standard S475 T6, 1,32 A/R on top of one of my IHI's that has everything done to it or I've been looking at running the FMW 64.5 as a single instead. Then look at putting an S480 on top of that down the road possibly.

Thanks for the help Russ

64.5/70/.91 T4 but I have a .83 housing too, installing it after I change the s480 setup. Not a gated housing, but I am plumbed for a gate off of my pedestal. No gate installed at the moment.

yes, it's the standard s480 with a batmo wheel and race cover. I sent off my brothers s480 and had it machined for a 1.10 housing. This is the next change I'm making and will provide feedback.

I don't see why not. The 64.5 is much more aggressive part throttle and lower rpms than the 66 was. From a standstill, no boost and you dead pedal launch I would say the time to 5psi would be identical but from there the 64.5 sky rockets to peak boost compared to the 66 I had. It's just different, and I like it. Very happy with the change

No worries at all. I hope my amatuer feedback helps!

Don't worry, if I want real answers I'll ask Josh!!!! haha

Every little bit helps.:thumb: My S366 isn't working for my application so at this point I'm torn between the FMW 64.5 T3 waste grated or an S475 with billet wheel on top of one of my IHI's with a billet wheel. Decisions, decisions!!
