So I noticed today that I only have one speed . . . 5. Started searching the forums and found this thread. Also saw the GM notice Henry posted. I'm going to try to call GM tomorrow to see if they will still cover it even though 02 is not covered in the warranty. I'm just under the 10 year limit and way under the mileage. GM covered replacing the gas tank in my wife's Envoy and her VIN wasn't covered in the warranty but it met the failure described in the GM notice so it won't hurt to ask.
If GM won't cover it, what brand did you use to replace it with. I have found many at different prices including some with the new wire harness but want to make sure I stay away from the crappy ones.
