I searched, and did not find these details....

GM Fixed Pump Rub in 07' Classic by replacing the magnesium case with an aluminum case?

Found this on another site....

Years offered: 2006-2007
Engine Code: LBZ
8th Digit VIN Identifier: D

Transfer Case Changes from previous model: Pump-Rub issue resolved in Model Year 07 when the case went back to Aluminum.

Can you confirm this? No PUMP RUB ISSUES in 07' CLASSIC?

The '07 classic T/C has a change in the pump retainer. Instead of having it clip to the case where it can be knocked off, they made a captivated unit. Supposedly it will not fall of but it's still a cheap piece of crap. I would put a good pump plate on it for piece of mind.
