Ok, just curious on why people name there trucks? Any special reason?

Just most ppl around here name there trucks it helps single them out of the crowd and just gives your truck its own personality like for example you are at a event and there is 5 2006 dmaxs there instead of saying here is john doe in the 06 chevy silverado 5 times they can say here is john doe in Extremly Hooked and then that way if your truck does good ppl will remember it by its name and if it does bad the next time you pull ppl will be like yeah I remember that trucks it sucked the last time I seen it lol

With the kids we couldn't just tell them to go get in the car or truck. They would look at us and say which car or truck Mom? :baby:

That's how my house is! Used to just say the silverado or the blue truck.. But then we got multiples of each.
Sometimes I'll talk to other people and say something like "I took Sierra over to ft wayne to pick up parts" and they get confused and ask who Sierra is lol.
Now if only the insurance company would use names instead of year and make. Luckily I have different years on the same makes but there have been times when I get insurance cards for 03 GMC and I'm like which one!?

hadn't seen a friend of mine in 6-8 months and i roll up in my truck and he says "when did you get that big golden delicious truck?" after that "big golden delicious" just stuck.

My girl drove my truck for the first time when it had straight piped stock exhaust. She gagged on it and said it made a sound like the devil would make. So after that it's been the red devil or sometimes just the devil when she's real bad.
Call the pull truck "Blackballed" A sled owner said we'd never win again hooked to his sled :roflmao:

Mine is "the limo" to most my good buddies and family. When i was goin to school up north, i had the biggest/longest truck on campus (overcompensating???? maybe ) and everyone said parkin my truck was like parking a lifted limo. pretty much stuck since then. When i meet people in flag from friends, they still all recognize me by the "big black kimo runnin around town". My truck got around

I wanted to name mine but couldn't think of anything that stuck...
I've come to the conclusion that trucks with names blow their motors, so I gave up trying to name it.

My truck has 2 names the "B.A.T." mobile and the Redneck Limousine.
My truck is black with red trim crew cab long bed.
BAT mobile from the 60's TV show was black with red trim and the Limousine is big and long and black, a true limo cant move horses.
Big A$$ Truck is the second meaning to the B.A.T.

Mine just sort of worked out.... It has been the Black Max since the day I brought it home from the dealer.
Some of my friends named my lb7 "garage kept" because it sits in the garage 24/7.. Pretty lame
