Hey guys, I know haven't posted in a while, but i'd like to let you know that we are going to get the truck back up and running soon. We found a complete LB7 engine for cheap, so we are going to put head studs on it, and use that. One thing i'd like to know, we're going to part out the old engine, so does anyone know how much 2 good LB7 heads would go for, and how much an lb7 cp3 would go for?

Glad your around, good luck with the build.

Talk to Guy, maybe he would take them of your hands for a fair price. OR just check around and see what they are going for on other sites.

The heads I re-did for you are still sitting here. What would you like me to do with them?

Diesel Power

hey guys, dmitri is here and we have the new engine. Diesel power is actually shooting the build, and is gonna do an article about it, and dmitri's truck. This is exciting . Also, we're gonna go to truck nights tonight, and possibly bring diesel power along.

Update: The engine is ready to go in the truck, we will move it in the backyard and install it in the truck, and start the truck tomorrow. Another thing is we found out we have a kodiak block, but thats not a big deal. Another thing, we took the oil pan off the old motor and put it on the new motor, basically switched oil pans, and when we went to put the old motor on the new oil pan, it wasn't sitting right, so when dmitri went to get some bolts from under the motor, the motor fell off the bench it was on, almost on top of him, spilling oil everywhere, but luckily it didnt knock the other motor off the engine stand. :banghead:
