Gearwrench/Matco

heard from the snap-on guy that Gearwrench makes all of the wrenches for Matco, even the regular old open/box end types... anybody know if this is true?

Don't know about Matco, but my Gearwrenches have worked flawlessly for years without any issues.

Matco is supposed to have acquired the parent company. My local Matco dealer says they have the only guarantee agreement.
