Anyone know what forward gear is using the p2 sun gear on a 6 speed?

I have a truck I'm fighting a whine in 6th gear only truck lost the thrust bearing between the p1and p2 planets and trashed them both the gear had minor little wear marks on it but no missing or damaged teeth I felt it was fine but I'm thinking I was wrong. But I'd like to make sure that p2 sun gear is what is being driven in 6th gear.

That gear would actually be used in every gear except 4th. The amount of load would vary by gear, but in 6th gear it would be loaded pretty heavily in my opinion.

Hmm Yeah I'm going to pull it Monday and see if I can find a good one there's zero shift issues or anything like that just the whine which is probably do the wear marks probably similar to when rear ends are going?
