Jordan you should have 2 more emails from me with the last of the youtube and photobucket videos converted to mpg. Let me know if you don't get them.
Yes took a while to find and its a command line program. Had to find a site that helps in saving the videos from youtube also. Kind of a PITA really but I'm able to do it now.
If you use a Mac, there's Perian. That in conjunction with the Activity window in Safari and it's easy to save and transcode flash video (.flv) to quicktime for use in most editing programs, like Premiere, Avid Media Composer, Final Cut, Windows Moviemaker etc.
