Gas pedal shake when rpm's are high

When my truck is about to shift into the next gear and the rpm's are high then it starts to shake the gas pedal any ideas what could be causing this problem?

thats physically impossible for the pedal to shake itself. The accelerator pedal is nothing more than two potentiometers with 5 volts going into it.

It must be the firewall is vibrating or something and you are just feeling it through the accelerator pedal, because the pedal is bolted to the firewall.

Possibly a broken engine mount causing things to hit/vibrate?

I had the same thing happen this weekend, clamp must have not been tight enough & the hotside pipe was hitting
