That is about spot on for a 40/94R (they are good up to about 650rwhp, depending on the setup)

DPC at what pulse width and timing if you dont mind me asking? was this on stock injectors or larger ones?

The injectors were the old II Drangon fire. Pulse witdth was @ 3200 and max timing was 30*.

I think I could have hit 650 but did not turn off the over fuel PSI CEL, so it fell on its face after 3700rpms. I now have the bugs worked out of the tune and it pulls all the way to 4000rpms and that is about as far as my stock cam will make power.

Great turbo BTW, I have had on the truck since 08.

I wouldnt say nothing is wrong just yet, I would definitely check the weld on the bottom of the IC between the core and end-tank first. Then make sure your intake is as restriction-free as possible. I wouldnt turn the power up yet till you find out where you are. You could be dropping rail psi as it is, you dont know yet.

Edit: just realized you have duel fuelers and an aftermarket IC. Doesnt rule them out completely, I would still check for leaks and log rail psi
