Anyone that has abused there factory locker, I suggest you pull the cover and take a look at it. I bet its not looking very good. It takes very little to shear teeth off the ring and splined shaft. Also check for cracks on the thin ring.

G80 locker

How about modifying it .Like cutting the excess weight off the governor pawl.So the weights don't disengage the locking mechanism until reaching a higher speed than 25 mph.

There are some dodge style limited slip diffs on ebay right now pretty cheap. I love mine and this is a great upgrade over the G80.
