''Remington Arms Co. makes the Bushmaster semi-automatic rifle that was used in the Connecticut shootings and again on Christmas Eve when the two firefighters were slain in Webster''

Thought 4 pistols were used at conneticut and the ar15 was left in the trunk?? Corrupt ass government

The only problem with the WY and TX legislation is that federal law always trumps state law...so that is null and void. Five years for any fed officer trying to uphold fed firearms law in those states is an awesome idea but unenforceable according to the law on the books.

carter is correct. I believe that would fall under treasonous acts or something to that effect.somewhere in there it basically says they cant do that.

There about 6 states that nullified the NDAA Wyoming was first . Indiana has sb400 similar to Wyoming that says anyone that trys to enforce NDAA its 5 years prison

Indiana sb400 is mandatory sewer connect legislation! Lmao I will find the legislation number for the gun subject!

It is going to force it to court (if they pass it in the states). At least it is a msg to people that it will not be an easy road

Sb0130 Indiana is the only gun legislation I could come up with right now. But it basically states that gun parts or ammunition manufactured in Indian are not subject to federal mandates. Blah, blah, yada, yada. Ill see if I can't find more! January 19th there is a peaceful demonstration at the state Capitol building in Indy from noon to 2 I think. Ill confirm it shortly.

I have seen some laws that if it was made in that state, and stays there you can get around some fed laws. Crossing state lines is what gives the feds the power over it

Limiting magazine capacity would effectively hamper the state from having a well regulated malitia

Fed does not have enough manpower or will to enforce new laws. I talked to my neighbor who is retired atf,I asked point blank about the worse case, regristration and or confiscation. He told me it takes 30-40 cops to raid one house, don't have enough for millions,it would be a blood bath. I guess its going to be a fed vs state issue, and all of us that own guns and millions of otheres are not the problem. This is what history has done before, try to disarm citizens, for what?????? Makes you wonder, and I'm not going down conspiracy road but lately it will make you take a second look.

The law in TX is to protect us from executive order. Big difference. We have another congressman pushing to impeach Obama if he signs an executive order banning assault rifles.
