fuse block help!!

hey guys,im new here but i have a pretty big wiring problem...
my windows have no power going to them and my radio has no ignition hot.
i found that there is no power going to the fuses for the two,everything else in the fuse box has power..so where do i start fixing it? if any one has wiring diagrams or any advise on what to do/look for it would be greatly appreciated.

i found a diagram.im thinking the rap 1 relay is fried. does anyone think that would do it?

I would check for power at the ignition switch-- many have had problems with the circuit. Just pull the cover from the bottom of the steering column, and the switch is right there. It is held in with a couple plastic tabs.

Also-- the switch in the door lock, can affect the operation of the RAP. These go bad quite often.

You can swap relays around-- try that.

well i seem to not be able to find the rap!! do you have an idea of where it is?
the lid shows it being on the right side of the fuse box but its not there?
also the door lock.is that the window switch?
