LMM: funny sounds

can u help, i installed a new black max with dpf and cat delete and 150 air dog truck runs fine untill around 60 you romp down on the pedal i get a funny sound like i hit the rpm limiter and i hear popping sounds like a waste gate valve or the engine sounds like its missing any ideas

Is it from the engine or from the exhaust?

When I put my 60% injectors in my truck I rev'd it up and I get a good pop sound at about 2600 rpms and it is because I shoot a flame out the pipe but I have a very short pipe

Could be timing rattle. Tough to say without a sound clip but that's my shot in the dark.

to maxaholic: i cant be sure but it could be from the exhaust its like a dull roaring noise the popping is defintly from the exhaust
turbo perfrom: i agree its hard to tell from where it is coming from i guess i need to find someone to ride with me like a diesel mechanic

What rpm does it happen at?
