7018 is a filler rod. Some people don't hardly ever use it. This is what happens when someone tries to use it i suppose.

I've seen them boot cars in both CA and AZ, but the boots I have seen cover the center of the wheel so you can't get to the lug nuts. Probably because everyone did just like in that photo :spit:
They boot guys at my old college all the time. They tried to boot my truck one time for a "past due parking ticket" I knew nothing about when I was parked on campus. The dip shit couldn't get the boot to the wheel cause of the 37s and my wide rings on the wheel kept them from ever getting it tight. Guess he thought leaving it on the tire would stop me. I yanked it off, left it in the parking lots and drove to the station. After getting my shit straight with them, they tried to charge me for leaving the boot cause "it was there when we went to go get it". Yeah they didn't win that lmao

Had a buddy in high school ran it till the one rod came out. Blew through the oil pan. Oil for about 30 yards on the highway. Made a easy burnout and drift area that night.
