Bowtie,

Please give me a call tomorrow. I will see what I can do to get you a advanced replacement. It should only take a few days once we receive the defective pump. I will make sure you get the latest version. Thanks

Installed the new upgraded PPE pump before the races last weekend. Not sure what all was changed but it seems to be a lot better. I can hear it when I turn the key on but once the truck fires up I can't hear it. Had to crawl under the truck to make sure it was even running! Before that damn thing sounded like it was about to run away with itself. Hopefully the improvements extend the life of the pump!

you too sir, thanks a ton for the help:hug: I'm leaving work early now to pull to pump.

on another note, anyone know how copper holds up to diesel for a short amount of time? figure if i slide some 1/2' inside the rubber line it would help keep it from vacuuming shut whilst i drive without a pump for a short while

I put a ball valve infront my liftpump. Really helps when changing lift pumps and would be great if you had something like a nicktane filter setup too.

Dan, I tried calling about 4:30 eastern time. I will try again later on but I left my name and number incase you get free.
