It is a 12 metric 1.5 pitch. I just remade all my return and kept the temp sensor as well.

Thank you, does anyone know if that's the same as an lb7? Mines an lbz and I haven't taken it apart....but it looks like it would be smaller then that

I don't suppose anyone knows a place that can build custom fittings. I can't find a m12. 15 f to 3/8 npt m anywhere. I found a 1/4 not adapter somewhere but now can't even remember where I saw it

Are you trying to build a custom junction block for the return? Why do you need a NPT thread?

I made one myself and used metric taps and just screwed her in. I couldn't find a manifold that would fit like I was looking for it to with all the other accessories. I will ask at the place I get fittings tomorrow and see what they say about it.

Okay that would be great. Yeah I'm alittle disappointed how far the npt was tapped. They fittings get tight really fast so half the dang fitting is sticking out. Doesn't look very good IMO. Maybe I need to drill and tap a npt plug. If I was to do that... Should i drill it out then run a bigger bit down it for a 1/16 or so (like a deburrer bit would do) for some oring space.

That is one big reason I went metric and used the boss o rings looks clean. The NPT seem to allow diesel build up kinda like the leak but you can't see a leak. I have tried all kind of sealants but didn't go extreme since you usually have to take it apart at some point.

I wish I could post a picture of it for you to see. With this new tapatalk I can't or I just haven't figured out how to.
