It is custom tuning for your DMax. There are several good tuners around the country that can set you up with the desired tuning. The options are unlimited.

I wouldn't buy a tuner off ebay. You have a good chance of getting burned with a locked tuner or one that doesn't work. You are better off buying one from a vendor on here. EFI Live is custom tuning software for any duramax engine. If you don't plan on doing a ton of mods to your truck and you are just looking for a little more power and better mpg then EFI possibly might not be for you.
