Trying to figure out why my fuel rail pressure is so much higher than commanded. I have my desired flow set at 26110 which is just over 120 MPA. In my log it will show 26107 desired and 29000+ in actual which is over 200 MPA. I haven't changed my fuel pressure table. Highest is still 180 MPA. Only calling for 120 mm3 and 180 MPA in the tune. I did the fuel rail plug mod to keep if from blowing off before 27000 but I can not find what is causing the spike in rail pressure.

29k is where it stops reading also, so no telling how high it is going. Got a lift pump? If so, howuch pressure?
My logs show it going over 29,000. No lift pump running on it. I'll have to load my logs back up but I'm almost positive I have 1 showing 30,000 on rail pressure. A little nervous about it blowing a line or injector.

No you don't. It will read to 29,007psi and stop there. Sounds like your regulator might be bad, or hanging up. Do you have a boost referenced lift pump possibly??

No lift pump of any kind on the truck. I'll look into the regulator. It only does it when calling for max fuel in the tune and drops as soon as I get out of it.
