OK guys! Pulled the fuel rail fittings, I was told that they were different sizes. Mine are the same size (stock) 7/64 in size. Mod sizes I thought were 1/8-9/64(.125)driver and 1/16 (.060) pass. So what if anything do I do?? Drivers is close to the mod size and my pass is already larger!

Mine were the same, I think the LB7 rails are individually fed so they use the same size holes in the fittings. I ported mine out to 9/64 on both sides since I had them out, not sure if it made a difference though.

the stock vs ppe i could not tell a difference by looking at it, but when i tried shoving drill bits into it at the hardware store the ppe is bigger than stock.

i got one ppe one and a modded stock one thats been ported out to .125

I think I'll just stick them back in. And plug the blow off, like 2500HD showed. So far my rail pressure hasn't dropped but I still haven't loaded up one of my bigger tune :D Thanks guys!

Thats interesting the PPE Fuel Fitting I got was substantially larger in diameter than my stock piece.

IIRC LLY and LB7's are different sizes. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

They are different:) BUT lb7 are 2 piece and still have a restriction.
LLY are 1 piece fittings basically both can be drilled out

Looked again and found what you where talking about the two pieces. So we drill the bullet looking piece out to 1/8 drive and the pass to a 1/16?? The driver one is smaller than 1/16 right now, that pretty big! I just want to make sure I have this right before I start drillling, I don't think these would be cheap or easy to get from the stealer if I mess one up! I asked Kat to post the pics for me and I will put them in my pics as well

LLY, LBZ, LMM drill driver side to .090 (actually a 2.3mm bit is perfect for this), and if you want to do the pass side, go .060

LB7 are both the same size in each rail and you really shouldn't bother porting them. I think they are pretty open as it is.

Why not drill both Mike?

The rail fittings are a nice size ID , Its what is behind the fitting that is the restriction;)

Does any of it really make a difference:confused: I still drill em out:D
