Fuel pressure regulator

I changed mine in a couple of hours on a 2003 chevy 2500HD but when I started it up I now have a lopy idle that comes and goes. Any tips on this??

I was going to doing and took probably an hour to get down to the FPR. First 2 bolts broke loose easy and the 3rd rounded out so I tightened the 2 I loosened and out it all back together. If it had not been for that I would have been in and out in 2 hours or less
