Unless you have a lift pump, it's on the high pressure side of things.

Get a Tech 2 and crank up the pressure while the engine is idling, and you should see it spray out somewhere.

PS - Find a different dealer. Not all dealers have experienced diesel mechanics.

It could be from the low pressure/return as well, since the LML's are pressurized. The solenoid for the 9th fuel injector is located on the passenger side area where it sounds like your leak is at. If its leaking that bad and the dealer can't locate it I would go to another one as Pat mentioned.

Do NOT feel around the HP lines for a fuel leak, it can really mess you up if you touch the leak at max rail (don't click if you are squimish- https://www.google.com/search?hl=en&sugexp=les%3B&gs_rn=1&gs_ri=hp&cp=20&gs_id=26&xhr=t&q=high+pressure+fluid+injection+injuries&bav=on.2,or.r_gc.r_pw.r_qf.&bvm=bv.41018144,d.b2U&biw=1525&bih=723&wrapid=tljp1358314104514034&um=1&ie=UTF-8&tbm=isch&source=og&sa=N&tab=wi&ei=gzr2UKD_HcTe2QWx2ICQBQ )

wear some good goggles when are you looking around, and use a mirror to look at the underside or move stuff around
