Fuel issues, crank no start

I got some bad fuel from a Mom and Pop gas station. I really have no clue what they had in their fuel but it sure messed my stuff up.

Stock 2009 LMM with only a tow tune and EGR/cooler delete 156k

I had the truck running and after putting a couple gallons in I noticed it started to white smoke. I hurried and drove it home and it drove fine on the highway. Once I got to town it would lunge and surge and continue to white smoke. I got home and let it idle for 20 mins thinking it would burn it out some. I turned the truck off after the engine light came on and it's been parked there ever since.

I tried starting it the next day and it wouldn't fire, I tried using a couple sprays of ether and it started but didn't run long. Smoked white out of the exhaust too.

I drained the gas tank and flushed it with b12. Changed the fuel filter twice, added some Diesel Kleen with some fresh diesel.

I'm not that mechanically inclined and not made of money to run it to a shop at the moment.

I was thinking my injectors may be clogged up or hopefully my cp3 didn't get burnt up.

I was wanting help with diagnosis and getting a place to start to do it myself.

I have the PPE fuel rail fitting ordered and the "race plug" also

Any help is appreciated!

Trouble codes are
P0087 x 2 Fuel Rail / System Pressure Too Low
P0341 x 1 Crankshaft Position Sensor "A" Circuit Range / Performance
P0336 x1 Camshaft Position Sensor "A" Curcuit Range / Performance Bank 1 or Single Sensor

The CP3 is pretty tough. If it was just gasoline then it's probably fine. Injectors will probably be fine too. If it was a bunch of water and debris then hopefully the filter was able to clean it up and remove the trash. But if too much water gets past the filter then it can do some damage if ran for extended time.

Id start with changing the fuel filter with a good Racor PFF50216. Prime the system and see how it runs. Might need a bit to clear out the rails and get fresh fuel to the injectors

I have the CAT fuel filter adaptor (forgot to mention) I changed it out twice since. I don't have any pressure on the rail strainer valve after I pump the plunger. It was a 30 min drive from the gas station to my house. I know when I had it running whatever the fuel was burning it really didn't smell like fuel either. It was almost like a chemical smell

I plugged the truck in overnight and went to start it. It took a few sprays of ether and it fired. It idles really rough making a rough sound almost like a knock. I assumed it was the injectors all gummed up. I attempted to work on it myself and took the air Intake off so P0102 is on and the throttle is sluggish.

I managed to put my obd2 reader on it and the FRP is at 18.9k at 1600 rpm. It dies when I'm not on the throttle. Should I keep trying to let it burn? It dies when I try to put it in park also
