Fuel in oil question

Have good balance rates
Truck starts right up
Idles smooth
Get a P1093 CEL

Changed oil and more than 10 quarts came out…
A lot more than 10qts.

What should I do…

Should any test be done?
Should I just replace injectors?

What year truck? If you have good balance rates then if it's a LB7 you might have a leaking injector line under the valve cover contaminating the oil. If your lucky

Its a 2003 LB7

Well since you said your balance rates are good then it would seem that you have a line leaking possibly diluting your oil. Your going to have to look into that at this point.

What were your balance rates and how did you check them? You should give all the details about your truck. Any modifications etc etc recent work performed etc etc.

Not to be nosy just might help diagnose.

We've seem cracked return line also fill the case with fuel. Pull upper valve covers , if any debris in injector from removing lines vaccum them out install lines and start it look for leaks .

Rates were checked many times with my EFI live scan tool in park and drive.

Kennedy lift pump
Hypertech programmer (rates have been check with it programmed and not programmed)
Nicktane stock fuel filter adaptor with 2 micron filter
Modded stock air box

I’m having a fuel return test done on Saturday.

I get a P1093 CEL
And when I command my CP3 to full pressure I can only get about 12-15K
When driving it will go up to 21K but not when sitting and commanded with EFI live.

Well it looks like you have the suggestions where to proceed. Pull the valve covers see if thats where your leak is. Hopefully for you it's just a line. It's either going to be a line or injector that is filling your crankcase with diesel.

I wouldn't keep driving it (you probably aren't) if I were you until it's fixed.

Joeracer, not trying to take the attention off of your issue, but I have a quick related question. If there fuel leaking into the oil, how soon can I expect to see it? I just changed the oil over the weekend and there was A LOT more oil that came out. If I do have a leak, how soon should I expect to start seeing the oil level rise? Thanks for the help.
