I had intake heater threads get screwed up, so I when ahead and pulled my intake Y Bridge and am in the process of making it a 3 inch bridge. I have been trying to find pictures of how people have redone their blocks, most of the treads that I remember people doing them, the pictures are there anymore. I'm looking to redo the fuel feed lines and a couple other things to try to get the engine a little cleaner and easier to work on. It does have an ATS dual CP3 set up on it so the the way they run the return from the second CP3 doesn't help.

I deleted mine using the DHD plug and plumbed all my returns into a block.

This is the block I used.

Great, I order the plug and hoped it would do what i wanted it to, now I know. Are you still running the fuel temp senor or did you delete that? I am planning on seeing if i can get some sort of quick disconnects for the return lines off of the heads or is push locks just better?

Out and about
This is what I did, mounted it on the fire wall behind the high pressure boost pipe.

I still have the temp sensor. I cut my return lines and and used these tube adapters to run -6an fittings and hose.

Did you use these for both return lines?
Thanks you, both Zack and Chris, now I have to try to figure out what parts to order, I have been planning on using all AN fittings then a quick disconnect for both feed and return blocks to the lift pump. So far I have ordered a FPRV Plug and CP3 AN fitting from DHD. Should I get O ring boss style fitting for fuel block or just use the NPT?

I also bought the AN fittings for the CP3's from DHD also. The block I used uses NPT fittings. I used AN adapters on both return lines.

I used 8an for the feed lines and 6an for all the returns.

I wish I had a van thermostats housing, because it would make mounting the return block in a better cleaner laid out way. I ended up using those earls fittings and made all the returns -6 then using 3/8 hose back to a six port manifold I got from Granger. It has 4 3/8 and 2 1/2 ports so I put the fuel temp sensor in one of the 1/2 holes. Fuel supply I ran a 5/8 line to a Y block with -10 too two -8 lines, then 1/2 line to both CP3's. I hope I didn't go a little over kill on my line size, but it should support 600 HP now.:spit: Any ones though on a fuel cooler? Also can I Y my return lines from both the engine and the lift pump back into the fuel cooler or is that a bad idea?

I have removed ALL the hard fuel lines from my entire system

Here is my return distribution block on my LBZ...
It's a MagnaFuel 6 port -10AN fuel block...I pretty much got this Idea from moparkxracer as he did pretty much the same thing and then later helped me with part numbers and piecing it together

I used a mix of -10 and 3/4"npt brass plugs and plugged all the ports and tapped each plug for 3/8" npt brass barbed fittings. IIRC I ran 1/4" fuel line from the end of the injector chain and 5/16" from the rails and CP3 return, I tapped one of the plugs out for the temp sensor too...then sealed the threads with the yellow petroleum rated Teflon Tape

Works like a champ, no leaks or even a seep in 8k mi...
:)

Edit:
Have to relocate the GPCM to do this mod
