I wonder if a fan would help.. since the cooler is in kind of a weird place... thoughts?
Fan won't help a stock cooler. Been tried.

When the fuel temp hits 230* it will start reducing fuel pressure to 165MPa.
By the time the fuel temp is at 239* the fuel pressure is reduced to 90MPa.
So who has the best aftermarket fuel cooler to remedy this?
Seems like there would be a market for this.

You have to build your own.
Gonna cost you to see

I have seen trucks with fuel temps in the 230s, running a truck low on fuel seems to increas temps especially when towing in warm weather!
The lower it is in fuel tank the less of cool fuel in there to cool the returning heated fuel. If you have a lot of cool fuel already in the tank, it will help the heated returning heated fuel acclimate to the lower temp of the fuel that's there. The less there is in the tank then,,,,,,
Anywhere in the 1/4 area they will really jump, on a hot enough day and if you run and work the truck long enough it will do it. Hot fuel can cause low rail codes too!
I need to see this and take notes next weekend Ruben, I want to do this since my fuel filter is right behind my headlight.
