Fuel Cooler Relocation?

So I found a leak on my fuel cooler under the 08'. I might as well move it to a more adequate location if I have to replace it. Does anyone on here have any experience relocating the cooler to the front of the truck? Locations on aftermarket coolers?

Its in front of the tank to cool the fuel returning back to the tank

There was a thread around here somewhere where a guy did a bunch of testing and moving around of the fuel cooler. If you can find it, it might have some good info.

I think guys were running a lbz tranny cooler on the front of the truck as a fuel cooler.

I ran my 06 LBZ without a fuel cooler when I broke it, didn't hurt anything but that was for maybe 250 miles. Long term I have no idea, do what you want I guess but its been been proven that running without a fuel cooler hurts performance.
