We made it only one full season with the stocker. E Locker works flawlessly as long as its wired correctly and the hole thru the case is drilled at an angle away from ring gear. The ring gear bolts ended up nicking away at the wire insulation until it shorted them out. That's been our only issue(except when the slide collar busted).

Stock collar, stock cv's & air locker in the front
DHD spool & axles out back with billet adjusters.

I'd have to watch videos of your hooks but I'd venture to say maybe some set up things. I know tons of 2.6 guys running the same stuff I am with no issues. Mines just an old POS sand truck though

I had an elocker I used all this year and loved it. When switch is on, it is locked locked. Can't turn with it locked. But when switch is flipped off it's like normal again. Used it sled pulling and really helped me gain a few more feet.
I am going to pull out the differential this winter and go with a straight axle Dana 60 just cause it's a good deal I found. I'm going to sell whole diff assembler for $1000. That's the Cost of the locker and bearings itself. If your interested let me know.

An adjusting collar pushed the threads out of the housing, letting the spool cock a bit & the tearing up the ring & pinion. With the new housing I got billet ones and set it up that the adjusters carry no load with the threads. It is just a "spacer" now

So I'm guessing you tightened the f outta it so no backlash

My DS side was cut down a couple thousandths & then shims were installed so that adjuster DOES NOT need the threads to keep it in place. It is tight to the housing on that side. It's like only having an adjuster on the PS.
