Looking to keep front end down while pulling. Not hanging weights front end keeps raising up. Will half ton keys help? Any suggestions?

Stock hitch flipped upside down and welded to frame.

There's your problem.. Your not going to keep the front from lifting when the rear is squatting 5"

Would QA 1 shocks up front help since I would be able to control rebound?

do you still have the factory bump stops in the front? I would make a solid stop and have the front end a tad high so it wont have as far to come up almost have the truck sitting how it goes down the track now before its ever even hooked to a sled

as long as where you set it is just a hair below level you'll be good

I've never dealt with them so I cant say how they perform

I have the qa1 front shocks but they won't help much during pulling. They help when racing but there is a lot more force when pulling IMO. Try moving your hitch forward and making front stops
