Normally I don't believe in that crap but today everything g that could go wrong went wrong.

I decided to take my truck today instead of my motorcycle because I woke up with a migraine headache... That's where it started. Got halfway to work and knew I had to get fuel. Got fuel and grabbed lunch on the way to work, truck wouldn't go into reverse... Fluid was a quart low with no leaks since my driveway is spotless and nothing sprayed back under the truck. Walked 6 blocks in around 100* heat looking for ATF. Mother ****ing Chevy dealer doesn't carry Dex 3 because "Dex 6 is compatible with anything that takes Dex 3" I said **** you and walked out because that parts guy is a tool anyway. Fount Kendall Dex 3 at a pilot and walked back to my truck, was 45 mins late for work on an all overtime day and then had nothing but problems at work where nothing went right.

How was everyone else's Friday!

Nothing out of the ordinary. Typical 10.5 day, which is getting very old.

Did have a coolant leak start about 5pm, we think the Tstat stuck closed. Weird...never had that one happen before. Nursed the truck the last 40-ish miles (10 or so deliveries) under 45mph to keep temps down. Didnt want the mechanics have to make a road call.

This was the first bad one for me, when things started out bad I should have stayed home but mandatory overtime said otherwise.

WTF is that thing?

You asked...

Head/neck block that holds your head/neck in place for radiation treatment. See the black pins at the perimeter edge, they lock into the black table in the picture below. Ironic part of this whole deal, I have built 2 containment rooms/buildings, one back in about 2000 and the last one at Phoenix Cyberknife in 2012 where they also have a Varian True Beam like below...

Phoenix Cyberknife quantities for containment for the Varian Truebeam, Cyberknife and HDR.

1200 yards of concrete

80,000lbs steel plate

50,000lbs rebar

60,000lbs 99.99% pure lead

I normally get Fridays off, but I worked it to make up for taking Monday off. Place was very quiet, most people were home, so I got a lot of work done. Think I finally found all the coolant leaks on my truck, which is good. Still have to replace the heater core, though, which will suck majorly.

I had a great Friday the 13 my dad had to borrow my truck because his fuel pump went out on his truck. so on his way to get a load of pavers my truck started to shake and loose power and a shit ton of white smoke out the exhaust

Was driving from California to Utah all day.

Went perfect actually. My jeep got the best mileage it has ever gotten, no flat tires, no check engine lights, no speeding tickets and I even made it home to a not burned down house an hour ahead of schedule.

I can say mine went well. Limo started right up and dropped baby girl off at daycare without an issue. Work actually went well for as busy as we are. Had lunch with my dad. Came home and watched "a nightmare on elms street" cause I was t about to test my luck with firing the truck up I'm building. Plus the fact it was 104* outside at that point lol
