I haven't ran my truck at the track in a couple years so tonight I decided to go just for shits and giggles. I dropped my torsions 5 turns from my normal right height and still looked pretty stock but fairly level cv's so I was comfortable with launching it. Other than that I did nothing to prep for this. Full tank of fuel and my dog in the cab and first pass ran a 13.07! surprised the hell out of me and was determined to break into the 12's but was unsuccessful. Next time I'll put some more effort into my setup. My trucks an 04 lly ext cab short bed with a road armor bumper and winch so I'm not exactly light. Rob tune. stock turbo, injectors, cp3. Going back determined next time lol Need to work on my reaction and not building to much boost at the line. Won every race though lol

So close to that 12!!

Pull a little weight in preparation, probably just less diesel in the tank and you will be there

Thanks guys. Next time I'll go with less fuel and leave the dog at home next time. They weren't happy with me having him in the cab which is understandable. Also probably drop the torsions more. I ordered cal tracs from innovative diesel and that was obviously a mistake after waiting 3 weeks. Figured I'd give them a chance for a good deal but I should have gone with the tried and true vendors. Need to call for the 3rd time and cancel that order. Looking forward to that 12 slip.

Don't worry about reaction it has no effect on ET. Sit at the line until you have your RPM's where you want them and turn her loose.
