im gonna ASSUME its a new S300 ET-R....i think i read on CompD they had a billet 10-blade wheel for some sizes

Charger is using the good 'ol tried and true 73mm exducer S300 turbine. The compressor is where the torque and hp gain is coming from. The new billet compressors (NOT Forced Induction 10 blade) are coming up 200-300 rpm earlier and carrying out further.

It's a non gated T4 housing.

Shoot me an email or call for ordering info on the charger. 765.676.5063

I was going to build an S400/S500 twin setup for my daily driver truck, but I think this turbo and a billet S480 will make a nice 1100hp daily driver.

Thanks,

Brayden

Did you guys not de-lip the piston to keep the compression? Nice numbers. All you guys making all this power is going to make for some serious competition!

Didn't de-lip because he (the customer) just wanted to run the stockers .. JNeal's truck was over 800hp for 2 full seasons of sled pulling with 38+ degrees of timing on completely stock used pistons.

Good to know as when I bend my rods I want to keep my compression on the build. You should bolt this charger on JNeal's truck and take it to Florida for the race!

We might... We dyno'd 880ish on the 2.6 clipped wheel on the dodge and I've got another design that I think will get even closer to the 3.0 number. The trucks will be 900hp and up at that race if I had to guess..

75 percent sticks...

We don't screw around on the dyno. Mark has a good load program made that starts out heavy and hits 100% early on.

Yeah save that for TST or where ever the hell we took my truck that time.:D They darn near killed my poor LLY:mad:

Nice numbers. Good luck at the race. Is that similar to the charger we used on orange briefly with a billet wheel change? If so, that will be an awesome combo.:thumb:

Congrats Brayden, great work as allways! Hmmmmmmmm, I've been told by a few that I'm an idiot for running stock pistons. Look, I'm no engineer or scientist, but I have tried different stuff and blown plenty up. The best tuner in the world cant make pistons last forever the way we push these trucks, but a full race season with this power, for the price versus big boy pistons.......call me an idiot. Fleece 475, stock pistons, rods, 60 overs, and a big ass bottle, lets race.:D See you in Florida(minus the bottle:()

Yep.... with the addition of the 66mm billet wheel.

Yeah TST had that dyno load way too high that day.. 4 trucks in the parking lot were leaking water.

The Bullseye billet wheel is 6 fins, not sure if this is what they are using but these wheels sure are pretty in person:happy2: and I believe the 80mm wheel is a 7 fin design.
