flywheel and flexplate

looking for the gm part # for the flex plate and the flywheel can somebody help me I want to make sure I'm ordering the right part I cracked the thiner plate that attaches between the flywheel and torque coverter

flywheel bolts 14mm list 2.36 #97226126 (need 8)

We need to know what year truck you have. There not the same for all the years.

There is a cut off point were the dampener and flywheels are not the same. We need the new members to fill in there sigs or give more info when asking? Like these this would throw the motor out of balance and cost more money.
