Fluid leak, possibly power steering?

Truck is an '06 LBZ. Buddy's truck broke down yesterday so I towed him into a shop, and when I got back to my place afterwards I noticed oil drops on the concrete. Looked under and saw this.

Power steering fluid dip stick was dry.

I'm not very well versed in power steering, but what would cause this?

not totally sure what I'm looking at in the pics, but being you said PS pump is empty

1- hydroboost
2- lines from hydroboost to PS pump

Order the power steering line upgrade kit, factory ones leak bad.
