I just installed new lines and I’m having an issue with the fittings that go into the radiator leaking. Has anyone ran into this issue?

Looking at your pic again, did the washers get flipped? Cone should go towards the radiator. I’m guessing it’s leaking coolant and not atf?

rip them all out and go to a hydraulic hose shop and get new lines made. I don't think mine lasted 20k, they are garbage.

The concave portion of the washer should be towards the radiator so when you tighen up the fitting it compresses the cone washer flat, thus pulling the ATF heat exchanger to the plastic and sealing it with the O ring.

Is this how you installed it?

When I did mine I had to use a thicker O ring then normal to get it to seal but my washer was also not cone shaped

Do all of the transmission line kits need concave washers or just the fleece kit? Is this specific for just the LBZ? I have a LMM and just purchased a kit. Thanks...

I just used a washer I picked up at Ace Hardware because I got my fittings from a hydronic shop. You may need to play around with different thickness O rings as the stock ones where a little loose and didn't seal good on mine.

Fleece are the only ones I'm aware of that come with the cone washers.

The fitting does seat better. But, now there’s a decent gap and now it’s leaking antifreeze

Without the washer, how well does the fitting and O ring seal up to the radiator? Is it snug in the hole?

From the looks of the picture in their installation manual that washer is not supposed to be that large

I will be calling Fleece in the morning. The fitting fits good without the washer. But, then it leaks antifreeze. I do not have the correct size washer. Hopefully, they can mail set.

Well, I called Fleece Monday morning. They wanted an invoice forwarded from alligator Performance( where I purchased the lines from.) I understand where they are coming from about people copying there set-up. But I don’t care. My trucks down, I told him to call them. He ended up sending a set, next day. All buttoned up now and no more leaks, so far
