Your going to need to upload the whole tune. We can't see the whole table as you've posted them

Put the tune in a zip and upload it here

what is a zip
It's a compressed file. If you right click the tune, you should see "send to" in the pop up window. If you move your mouse to that selection, it should have a pop out menu that says "compressed (zipped) folder". Once you have the file zipped, you can post it as an attachment.

There's nothing terribly wrong with your tune. It looks like you made some increases to the entire pulsewidth table, which I wouldn't recommend for a stock injector truck, but the changes are very small. You probably won't have any problems running it that way.

You won't notice a big change in power, which is perfectly fine. Starting out in tuning with small changes is a good strategy. If you want a bit more in future, you can raise the throttle based fueling table, especially the 100% area. Making changes there, instead of the pulsewidth tables, will help keep power delivery and transmission function smoother, since the ECM will "know" how much fuel it's injecting.

From what I see, only the main pulse table is increased. And as mentioned above, the whole table including the idle areas. It's normally advisable to leave the 0-10 mm3 cells alone unless you are adjusting for larger injectors. The changes are small enough that it may not effect anything other then the reported balance rates during a scan. If you get any kind of rough idle or loping then just copy the stock values back in for everything 10 and under

If you modify the throttle table it will throw off the torque limited injection quantity and that might make the transmission shifting harsh. So take it in small steps. Or better yet, use the calculator to fix the base torque and torque limited injection quantity table
