Well I finally built up the guts and took my truck to the 1/4 mile today in norwalk ohio. I figured I've done about all i could do to beef things up so I might as well. My trucks build sheet will follow.... Ive sled pulled it twice so far and that was fun but i wanted to go fast now! Haha my 60' wasn't the best at 1.987 :/ but had a decent reaction time of .074. And ended up with a 13.742 @ 97.63 mph. I believe this was around a 10 psi launch. Mind you this was my first time ever running down a strip. My next two passes i red lighted both times :( i tried boosting harder and it just kept pushing through the brakes. I guess i still have to find the happy medium as far as this drag racing goes. The truck ran pretty good with Tonys moonshine tuning. Humidity wad really high and it was a struggle to keep intake temps down but im not sure if i have reached my max on tuning with stock turbo/injectors/ and cp3. It pulled hard but after about the 1/8 it seemed to just flatten out and didnt have much more power on the top end. Do these number seem right for my set up? I thought it would run closer to low 13's. Any how heres a video and my build sheet. What do you guys think? Any pointers? My run is on the left.... First video is from the slip and second video is my second run when i red lighted and couldn't hold it back.

Do your own thing at the track to learn your truck. Don't worry about the guy next to you or reaction time as they have nothing to do with your times. Let them leave that way you can work on being consistent and finding your comfort zone. 60ft times can be tricky to get lower but do some research on here. Other forums will say you need to put a 1000 in your front end witch is bs.

I cut 1.6-1.7 on 420s and lowered T bars, its all about getting a feel for your truck. Ive gone down our local track close to 100 times and im just not getting consistent with my runs. Whats your RPM when launching? You shouldn't be able to push through the brakes if your laying your weight in to the peddle.

Yea my front end felt really solid. Although on the one run when i boosted higher it kinda jumped around a little bit. Im not exactly sure on the rpm i was mostly watching the boost for my launch. I need to log these runs. Yea i think i just need to do this more and get comfortable. My biggest concern was how it just quits pulling on the too end. Not sure if its tuning or if ive just reached the maximum for my stock fuel and turbo

Would watching actual rail pressure while doing a wot run work? Ive watched it before while doing a WOT run and it stays right at 22-24k psi
