Made the first passes on my new motor last night. It made a 7.95 pass at 88. That was leaving at 10lbs boost. It was very hard getting traction. I got a lot of suspension tuning and getting a different tire package so I can get some really good passes.

Thanks guys. I look forward to getting some mid to lower 7's. I know it going to take a little work but it will be worth it. One thing I'm going to need to get where I want to go is more turbo. Twins are in the future. This is a pure daily driver/ work truck. I ran it like I drive it around. I didn't run my big tune or do any lightening to it either. My ultimate goal would be to run low 11's with the lift and tires but the tires just aren't going to hook to do that with my hp that I have now.

Well at least you can lower your t-bars all the way down and have good CV and Tie Rod angles. With the Fabcrap you can't, so your leaps ahead going the way you went.

When I drop my t-bars my axles are straight but my tirods are at a bit of an angle. Totally agree with the fabcrap!

Wish you were going to be able to run your truck this Friday. Maybe you can give me some tips or at least tow me home. :D

I will help you out some John. Hope we have some good weather. It sure will be nice running after dark. We probably will have a grill out there to.
