Well not as quick as I expected but I'm still pleased. [email protected] This was at full weigh, I emptied the bed and removed the tailgate. I'm having trouble off the line, no matter how hard I launch the best 60' was 1.92 , I think the 1057 converter is hurting me. With the stock turbo I've gone 1.72 with bad tires. It really doesnt start pulling hard until 2nd gear. Hopefully soon I can get time to get a converter installed leaning towards a Precision.

That's what I worry about with my precision ML and going with a big single. Probably going to have the same problem.

Ran a loose precision and I could build boost easily. But it was too loose for my billet 72 for daily driving. Switched out to a regular ML and its awesome, just takes a few seconds more(just because its easier to push through the brakes) to stage but it works really good.

Going with the DA PI converter that Dustin and I are running you will be very happy. It stalls high yet couples great, daily driving it is hard to tell you have a loose converter in the truck.

I'll be curious to see how yours does in the 1/4. When I ran mine with the S475 and the super tight 1054 the turbo didn't light till I was almost about 330' out and I was running 12.9-13.0 @ 110. Just putting the new converter in had me at 7.7-7.8 in the 1/8th on 1.6 60ft's

I've pretty much decided to go with the Precision DA. My main concern was to keep it fun on the street and still do good at the track. Now I just need time to get it installed.

I've been trying hard to talk myself out of buying a billet s475...dustin said they spool suprisingly well. I know you have a tight converter but what are your impressions on how it spools, what kind of egts/boost are you seeing?

I really dont have anything to compare it to, I went from stock straight to big charger. Unloaded it spools good and EGT's seem to be a little lower than stock cruising. I tow a 5000 lb welding rig almost daily with no problems at all. Dustin did load a trans tune which helps allot. It shifts at 2000 rpms which is just enough to keep it from falling under the charger when it shifts. Also if you tow heavy Dustin has a good trans tune with raised shiftpoints in tow haul that really keep RPMs and boost up. When I first started driving with the new charger I thought I had made a mistake and gone too big. I've had it about a month now and would'nt consider a smaller charger now.

Even running a tight ats 5 star I'm more than pleased with how well the billet s475 has worked out. I will for sure go with something with a higher stall in the future but for now its doing what I need it to do. With only 4 attempts at the track 2 of them were 1.70 60's on 305 50 20 terra grapplers. The turbo lites damn good for what I'm working with so I'm not complaining.

Idk what your shooting for exactly but I'm running the high stall 5 star ~2600 stall and a billet 475 and can build boost no problem plus it's daily driven alot
