I'm thinkin do a non boosted 2wd launch. No sleeves for 4wd and youll probably just spin boostin 2wd, Unless you got guages and have your boost/no spin worked out. :thumb:

x3 and go ahead and turn your a/c off now. If there is a drop of water under your truck in the staging lanes, they probably won't let you on the track. Oh yeah and have fun!

dont let everyone know its your first time and pull up to the tree lol. drive around the water box, not through it. dont do a huge smokey burnout with street tires. just a small one to clean them off a little (if you launch in 2wd). pay attention to your starters and have fun:happy2:

Watch a few others run first and get a good idea of where the staging beams are. Things look allot different when you pull up to stage than they do from the sidelines. Rig up some spring clamps right quick before you go and clamp the front of your springs. If your running PPE level 3 you can launch at about 1000 rpms and hook pretty good, anything over that and your just going to blow the tires off.

Lower yor t bars all the way down... Bump the ppe to level 4 ...lower your tire pressure .. Put it on m5 ....with a mild 4 x4 launch you should be in the high 13s or low 14s

To run a HOT +2 on the highest level you need at least a stage 3 trans of some kind and a converter. Some have lasted a long time with only a transgo jr. but it just depends on how you drive it from day to day.
