What a couple days. Sprayed in my first boxliner using Raptor tintable liner. My truck is a CCSB and I really don’t know how they feel 1 kit is enough. I used 2 and feel it could have taken 3. Turned out all right though I think. Will see how it lasts.

Looks nice. what "chemistry" is that kit? is it a multi component that you mix then apply?

It’s made by upol. Can be purchased in black or tintable. Color is either acrylic or 2k. No water base.

Full kit is 4 7xx ml bottles and includes hardener that you add 237ml of to each bottle along with 5-10% of your color of the total volume depending on shade you desire. Color is extra or purchase from paint supply store. Mix shake and spray. Sets in about an hour and cures in 3-5 days at 20C temp.

I had a upol shuutz gun included with the kits but you can buy it separately if not included. The bottles spin right on to it.

What did you use for the primer on the bare metal spots ?

Just regular primer. Upol says large bare metal spots should be sprayed with acid etch primer but it lifts paint and needs 24 hrs before spraying regular primer and I wasn’t about to tape anymore than I had too and was on a time/weather crunch.

Small rub throughs are fine to just lay the box liner over though.
