Nice! Quick question when would an ati damper be needed? A certain hp? Or is it for the rods? Just a little confused on the theory of doing an aftermarket harmonic balancer

An ATI damper provides better harmonics for the entire rotating assembly, including the crank which is stressed enough as it is. The ATI is also lighter which takes some stress from the crank.

Honestly don't know, I started with a completely stock truck and I'm doing motor, trans, air, fuel and basically everything else at one time so its hard to say how much exactly.
