finally lifted my truck

fabtech 8" with 355/60/20 toyo A/T

it rides way smoother than before.

All i gotta say is that im VERY VERY VERY pleased with the outcome.

My 10,000lb hydraulic press, what a bottle jack should be used for, and a few others I didn't get pics of :rofl:

edit: that IS snow in the first pic. Friggin April in Vegas and it was snowing, raining, thunder/lightning and sunny ..... all within about 2 hours of each other.

welcome to the club joe and wes :hug: . Joe, jsut a couple things id like to mention to ya about the fabtech kit just so it dont cause you headaches. Dont crank the truck anymore than what fabtech recommends you set the truck at. if the wheel measurment from teh hub cap to the bottom of the fender is higher than 34" you will need to drop it down or your gunna kill your UCA ball joints and break CVs in 4wd off road. Also, there are two different types of ball joints for the UCA, a good style that will last and a bad style that wear out quick. the bad style is all black and looks like it was made out of pot metal. I have a part nubmer for the good one at NAPA but ill ahve to search my paper work for it. Stay away from their dual shock hoops too, they crack and are a pain to get the inner fender well in and out. the really dont benifit anything either lol. You also may see some pretty fast wear on the steering parts even with cognito braces, there is a pretty good amount of angle on that steering and it likes to eat those parts so keep an eye on those. Dont let any of that deturr you though, i know htat kit like the back of my hand so i can help ya on any issues . she looks great though!

yeah i know! i kept tryin to get out of the truck when i saw you in line but the lines were movin too fast lol. i didnt drive out there saturday (rod was bent by then) and steve. brian and i were constantly goin to the staging lanes, trents pit, and the stands. i dont think we stood still more than a few passes
