Chop saw for the exhaust and a band clamp or something to hold them together at the downpipe connection. Even with a reducer I'm not sure the stock hot pipe will be tall enough, may require cutting and welding a section or buying a hot pipe made for that (ATS or custom).

A bung or some way of installing the MAF.
LB7 Y-Bridge and cold side pipe.
New tires and a diaper.

im gonna weld the downpipe to the front pipe FTW! im not sure it will be long/tall enough either, if not i can make an extension but i know a guy with an s472 and his stock hose reached so im hopin mine does.

my intake has a MAF spot

i plan on getting cold and hot side pipes down the road. really dont wanna mess with the y bridge haha

im gettin new tires in a couple weeks....

I dont know what intake you have but the stock y-bridge will be right in front of the turbo inlet. LB7 pieces are the only way.

But on that note...if you havent deleted the IAT (Intake Air Heater), that is a huge restriction you can remove.

That will be your biggest intake restriction. The thing is huge.

A Dodge Cummins oil drain plug will take its place perfectly.

Question....my pedestal has studs for the up-pipes, will the up-pipes be able to slide onto the studs without having to remove them from the manifolds? do they flex enough?

I'd take them off the manifolds to make things easier. When I did my install I found it easiest to bolt the turbo to the ped and drop them in as one.

Bolt the ped down, then the pipes loosely to the ped, then loosely to the manifolds, make sure the gaskets are all in properly, then tighten at the ped, then tighten at the manifolds.

Remove the uppipes from the manifolds. I have studded every turbo pedestal since a bolt broke in Reece's pedestal. It also makes getting the gaskets between the pedestal and uppipe WAY easier. I also chase the manifold threads with a tap before bolting it back together.
