What are you running for a cooler??
I have had my G-Max 5 kit with another 1056 on the road now for a little less than 1000 miles and i figured i would give my input on it
i have not been able to get the trans over 150 degrees in traffic or beating the snot out of it with my home made trans cooler.
the shifts are smooth as glass and i couldn't be any happier.

Holy crap!! That's impressive....hell I saw 215 degrees driving through Raleigh traffic today....
How much for a cooler? I remember looking into one awhile back but the mod was around $300.00 . Hell I see 215 every time I drive on the beach....
Please read before you post stupid comments. I mentioned i had a bad converter and the tuning was not the problem:thumb:

What kinda coating is this? I read someone had great results with a 6.0 powerstroke cooler but had fitting issues IIRC, that earls cooler might be another option.. Is it physically much bigger than stock?
i dont know what the coating is called its been so long since i had it done.
the cooler is around 3" taller and like 1" wider for the earls the 6.0 cooler is massive but it requires a little more than plug and play:thumb:

yeah and i would personally blame your tuner or trans builder as to why your truck wont go 11's.:thumb:
