Finally had a chance the other day to yank the heads and take a look. #7 was the worse due to the hole, but 1 & 3 had hair line cracks starting.

I knew what I was getting into when we loaded it, I had pushed it long enough and she wouldn't give up lol.

Not much progress lately, been pretty busy here at the shop, no time for my own projects. All three turbos came in and the heads are locked down. Time for the fab work...

What is the new turbo setup going to be? The block looks awesome btw. What did you paint it with?

Turbos are triple S300's, the paint is high temp red with a high temp clear.
