It should work, I knew a guy that put a Tahoe grille on a '01 half ton. Not sure if it was a direct bolt on or not, he also worked at a body shop. But with the painted grille and handles and NBS badges it did look nice.

It will work but needs the 1/2 ton style hood as well( I think...). Reece did it with his truck.

If it has to have the half Ton good I'm out. I like the hd hood much better.

It will work, however I'd have to raise the front bumper to fill the gap that the HD grille would leave when removed. Hood doesn't matter on fit,net, either will work. But I like the 01-02 HD front end better. If I was to change anything on the front end it would be swapping the valance for a Z71 Tahoe valance and fog lights.

I didn't think about moving the bumper up... O well I still have time to think before I do anything, gotta get it running first

I did the z71 valance it look way better then the ugly piece of shit gm decided to hang of the bottom of the 01-02 trucks. Instead of the Tahoe lights I stuck 4-led work lights in the holes.

Fiesty one of my buddies lives down the street from you. He drives a flat black Toyota taco to and from work. Has a black lbz in the garage he is doing some work to.

He called me last night telling me he saw a beautiful red dmax. Turns out it was yours.

Think I just saw him drive by. Black Sierra crew with black wheels. Truck sounds mean as hell. I could hear the whistle from blocks away.
