LLY: Ficm, wet or dry

2 seasons dry on the pull truck no issues. i still cool mine on my street truck. i think if its removed from the side of the engine and relocated you would be fine to run it dry. there is a lengthy thread on this somewhere on here....

I relocated mine to the frame behind the front bumper. It runs dry and it is cool to the touch after stop and go driving or after some wot playing. You will be just fine dry if you move it away front the heat and try to get into a area that has some air movement.

I run one of my 2 CP3s into the FCIM, figured it can't hold it back like that (split the 1/2 line so that only 50% of the fuel is routed into it)

Ok.. Did u have to extend any wires or jus reroute em when u movers to to the frame.. It's been so long since iv seen it actually in the truck is why I ask.. Thanks for the info guys

Lengthened all the wires 2 feet and used heat shrink on each wire and wrapped with a tape that O'Riellys had that isn't sticky but it will stick to itself, I wrapped it tight and the only way to get it off is to cut it, it seals everything up! I run mine dry but where it's at it gets plenty of air and is away from the engine which helps the most. Try a search, there's a thread on here that has pages of info!
