Hi all! It looks like I may have access to a supply of smooth plastic pieces such as door handles, tailgate handles, and smooth front and rear bumpers. I have had quite a few people message me on here asking how I smoothed and color matched my entire truck, so I am curious to see how many people on here would actually be interested in purchasing these pieces that are already smoothed out and ready for paint? Looking forward to your feedback everyone!

The pieces would all be brand new, so basically I am sure the same price you would pay for new textured pieces....these would already be smoothed out though. Basically you wouldn't have to pay to have them smoothed before paint, and you wouldn't have the down time of having to have your truck sit in a paint shop...just drop these parts off and have them painted to match your truck, and then pick up when done. Then you could always sell your stock textured pieces to recoup some of the cost.

Not sure on the prices yet, just trying to see if it is something people would want before I get it all.

x2 i would like to know prices

Basically I have access to a supplier that currently manufactures some of the parts smooth already such as the smooth denali handles and fender flares ect. The problem is that nobody makes smooth untextured front or rear bumpers for our trucks. Basically I am trying to get them to start manufacturing our bumpers and plastic pieces untextured and already smooth and ready for paint. If there is enough interest or demand then it is worth investing my money into to make it happen. Obviously the more I order at one time, the cheaper the prices will be so that is why I am putting a feeler out there to see how much interest there would be for these smooth body plastic pieces before I pull the trigger so I can see how much I would need to have made.

Think you can get the Bumper covers on Partsgeek.com in smooth....I know the last time I looked they had everything else.

The site is blocked at work, so can't verify now.

I think that is only for 1500 bumpers. The 2500hd bumper covers are about an inch taller. Also, nobody makes the lower bumper valance smooth.
